A very useful app!, thanks!, a suggestion:- How about bringing the slider down under the "Current interval.." text and the 'Set' control under that, then in the new space above, add the current time,...

This app is now in Jolla store. It is called Snooze Adjuster.

Great! Improvement suggestion: minus and plus one minute as cover actions.

Answer by mato for Customizable snooze?

I made a simple app called Snooze Adjuster which enables customizing snooze time without need to use command line. The app uses the method of axaq's answer. The app can be found from Jolla store or...

@Markkyboy: Just rechecked with 1.1.7: Jolla snooze default has been 5min (300s) and mine is 10min (600s). Values lower than 30 will not be accepted by `timedclient-qt5` also it prints `default snooze...

I haven't tried, but only speculate, what if there's a lowest value in seconds possible and if the input is below that it's regarded as minutes ?

How odd, definitely using minutes on my settings. As I said, I tested it, the alarm sounded 5 minutes later. I didn't just edit your post for the fun of it.

@Markkyboy: Please check again and correct your edit. I have used seconds when changing my snooze time. And running `timedclient-qt5 --help` shows also the following 2 options: --set-snooze= -- Set...

Answer by axaq for Customizable snooze?

You can change the default snooze time at command line with "timedclient-qt5 --set-snooze=". Edited: I just tested this again, where it originally stated ~ the adjustment is in increments of minutes,...

We need to be able to set both "snooze every" and "stop after" through the user interface, so we never miss an alarm: https://together.jolla.com/question/53219/options-to-set-time-when-alarm-goes-silent/

I know this one is already marked answered, but I just recently joined the jolla users crowd, so I want to share my 5ct on this: I think it's not sufficient to have a quite common and obvious...

Few options for snooze delay are actually pretty basic stuff. N900 and N9 have this and I hardly say they have advanced clock.

Current snooze time is 5min. And I would also like to have a longer and per alarm adjustable snooze time.

Comment by Setok

While it's nice there's the 'Snooze Adjuster' app separately in the store, this really should be a setting of the clock. 5 minutes as a default snooze time is too short and it's only natural people...

I can understand having separate apps for complicated and advanced settings, on the other hand I do not want to add apps for simple things. There must be some way either basic apps have enough features...

@Artem yet another 'geek'-argument against 'too advanced' clock , and wish for droid-like solution. Sorry, but too easy to agree with @strnous in this matter..

@Artem I do understand the whole Jolla project as being a co-creation and co-operation platform so I would rather expect (and prefer) having fewer well developed and integrated native apps then a...

Sorry to disagree, but I would like snooze delay to stay constant for simplicity reasons. Built-in clock should be simple, not powerful. Advanced clock/alarm is something that could and should be...

Given how Sailfish has application use and configuration conveniently separated, ability to set custom snooze time would only be an appropriate (and necessary) addition. No downsides.

It could be sufficient and easy to implement if there just were multiple items in the snooze pulley menu one for each interval.

I still use my old N9 to wake up alarm. The N9 clock is much more easier to use. With Jolla I easily turn alarm to off so it does not wake at all next day... Is it possible make more like N9 clock? It...

Customizable snooze?

It would be nice that you could customize snooze time! Just like every: - 3min - 5min (like it is now) - 10min Or maybe you could decide yourself the snooze time between every 1-10min? :) And the...
